The Rides

TriCovered Bridges Gravel Grinder: A shorter version of last year’s popular 7 Bridges GG, this ride is geared toward lower to mid-intermediate riders on mountain bikes/hybrids. Ride length is 7.9 miles.

Falls Hill/Ward Hill/Clarksville/Clay Wight/Kelsey Mtn./Monarch Hill Gravel Grinder: A bit more challenging with sturdy climbs at start of the ride and up 1st section of Monarch Hill Road. Ride length is just over 14 miles.

Brew Through Extension Gravel Grinder: A touch of the hard core here as “no pain/no gain” riders follow start of the Falls Hill…GG, but then pedal past Monarch Hill over to Chelsea Mountain Road where a 3 mile moderate paved climb awaits up and over to right return on Dickerman Hill Rd., with a possible stop at Brocklebank Brewing HQ! Ride clocks in at 21 miles.

5 Town Road Ride: A very “doable” local loop that heads up and over Chelsea Mtn. Rd. while cruising through parts of Tunbridge, Chelsea, E. Randolph, E. Bethel and Royalton. Freshly paved Rte. 14 return.

7 Town 1/2 Century Road Ride: Variable paved road conditions await adventurous riders who earn their “suds” with a picturesque pedal through parts of Tunbridge, Royalton, Sharon, Pomfret, N. Woodstock, Barnard and Bethel. Ride distance is 48.98 miles. Touch the Woodstock covered bridge!

Easy Spring Road GG: Ride through Fairgrounds and head through the Spring Road covered Bridge for an easy climb up towards T intersection with Monarch Hill Road. Full up and back only 6 miles. Perfect ride for beginners and young kids!
