DESCRIPTION:Located in Randolph Vermont\, Seasoned Skillet offers a casual 
 dining atmosphere serving a diverse menu of farm-to-table style dishes all
  made from scratch with a focus on local ingredients. The menu changes sea
 sonally and focuses on produce and ingredients that are most readily avail
 able in Vermont\, featuring a few dishes from chef Nora’s cookbook “Th
 e Vermont Farm to Table Cookbook.” The food is elevated comfort food muc
 h like you would see in a Gastropub or Bistro with influences from many cu
 ltures and cuisines\, featuring small plates and appetizers as well as hea
 rty mains and unique dessert options. We serve craft beer and wine along w
 ith our full menu and offer a cozy atmosphere with weekly live music. Come
  and eat with us!\nInspired by folk artist Joni Mitchell and alt singers l
 ike Alanis Morrisette\, Ani DiFranco\, and Natalie Merchant\; Beth Monroe 
 is an acoustic singer/songwriter who vints a rich blend of indie folk with
  subtle notes of alt rock. With over a decade of performing in Upper Valle
 y Vermont and New Hampshire\, Beth's presence is a refreshing bouquet of e
 thereal originals and thoughtfully selected covers. \nBeth's background i
 s in choral music\, having performed with the A.W. Dreyfoos\, Jr. School o
 f the Arts Singers in the early 2000s\, including an appearance at the Int
 ernational Eisteddfod Festival in Wales on 2002. Her fascination with the 
 story of humanity inspired her to earn a degree in history.\nShe has had t
 he honor to perform in several local Vermont and New Hampshire projects su
 ch as The Sleepy Weasels and Of Conscious Mind\, and work with local talen
 t like Vincent Freeman (The Party Crashers)\; Titien Tolbert (Coquette\, 
 The Conniption Fits)\; Kenny Bailey and Scotty McDermott (Social Mycelium
 )\; "The Fiddle Ninja\," Jacob Breitback (Beecharmer)\; Bonnie Waters (Mea
 dowlark) and Ethan Aveñdano-Lawrence (Jack In The Pulpit\, DJ Chele).\nH
