Ecstatic dance and Prana Yoga Event at Artistree Thursday Dec 4th
In this moving workshop we will begin with prana (breath) open to
ecstatic dance and end with a loving, restorative rest.
Come free your mind, ease the tension in your body and renew your spirit
with this rejuvenating and restorative workshop.
️No prior experience necessary. Not recommended for those with limited
mobility, young kids or those who are sensitive to loud music.
About your guide: Teresa comes with a diverse background in Yoga,
Movement, Somatics, Dance and Creative Wellness to offer a creative, fun
and unique yoga and dance event.
