Emerging Issues in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Implementation

Vermont Law and Graduate School and The Clark Group, LLC, are hosting a webinar
on current issues in National Environmental Policy Act implementation on May 6 from
noon – 1:30 p.m.

The panel will cover recent legislative and judicial developments affecting NEPA
practice, provide an overview of changes to NEPA and Council on Environmental
Quality priorities and explore the growing role of AI in NEPA processes. A Q&A session
will follow as time permits.

Panelists include Lisa Mahoney, Esq., president and owner of The Clark Group, LLC;
Christophe Courchesne, Esq., director of the Environmental Law Center at Vermont
Law and Graduate School; Jomar Maldonado, Esq., director of NEPA, CEQ; and, Pam
Danko, Esq., environmental attorney.
