The hike: Amity Pond Natural Area, Pomfret (2.9 miles, 660 feet of
elevation gain).
The bite: Worthy Burger, S. Royalton.
Meet: 10 a.m., Bradford Park & Ride (2 Plateau Acres; I-91 exit 16);
approx. 10:20, Thetford Park & Ride (I-91 exit 14); OR approx. 10:45,
Quechee Gorge picnic area (just west of bridge, on right-hand side if
traveling toward Woodstock).
