Join us for a free tasting of Billings Farm cheeses on Sat, Nov 23 and
Sun, Nov 24, 1:00PM -3:00PM in the Visitor Center Lobby. Sample our
Butter Cheddar, Woodstock Reserve Cheddar, and award-winning Smoked
Cheddar, all available for purchase in the Museum Gift Shop. Made from
the raw milk of grass- and grain-fed Jersey cows, our cheeses reflect our
commitment to sustainable agriculture, regenerative farming, and animal
welfare. Naturally aged, they capture Vermont’s rich dairy history. After
the tasting, enjoy this week’s film in the Woodstock Vermont Film Series,
featuring Jay Craven’s “Lost Nation,“ showing at 3:00PM on Sat & Sun.
