Tasting Room Educational Series

Join us for a four-part workshop series during our Tasting Room, starting
this Saturday 3:30-5pm at the Fable Farm Fermentory.

This series will be hosted by Lauren & Sycamore, a nutritionist and chef
visiting for the summer. They will explore the newest science, ancestral
wisdom, and practical tools to help one reconnect with the true sources of
nourishment often overlooked by medicine today.

*Saturday June 21st – Sunlight as Medicine *

   - What happens when we sync our bodies to the sun, rather than screens?
   Sunlight is more than warmth–it's information. In this workshop, we'll
   explore how different frequencies of light impact our biology – from
   hormone regulation to metabolism and mood.

*Saturday July 5th – Water & Hydration*

*Saturday July 26th – Soil Health & Nutrient Density*

*Saturday August 23rd – Fats, Seed Oils, & Cholesterol*
