Billings Farm & Museum is a place to try new things! Visit us daily,
10:00am – 5:00pm, and enjoy programs, meet our farm animals, and explore
the Historic House and Farm Life Exhibits. This season’s featured
exhibitions include “Art on the Barns” a contemporary outdoor art
experience, and “Little Farm Hands” interactive exhibit for our young
learners.
Hop on a horse-drawn wagon ride every Tuesday and Thursday during

The Sunflower House is Open!
A few early blooms are beginning to emerge, with peak bloom expected
mid-August into early September, weather permitting. Stroll the winding
paths, take in the growing sea of sunflowers, and enjoy this joyful

“A Vermont Quilt Sampler” Exhibition, open daily through Sept 1, 10:00am
– 5:00pm
Join us in celebrating the artistry and craftmanship of the quilting
community. Showcasing stunning quilts made by quilters from 36 towns
across Vermont, this exhibit explores traditional patterns, classic
techniques and contemporary designs by quilters of all ages and
backgrounds. Engage with interactive displays of the quilting process,
take part in a themed scavenger hunt, and don’t forget to vote for your

Kitty Badhands: Vintage Fabric, Modern Fashion, June 28 – September 1,

Explore fashion, sustainability, and history at the Kitty Badhands:
Vintage Fabric, Modern Fashion Exhibition. Come and observe
transformative works of art made from historical textiles and heirloom
fabric. Learn more with an educational “How It’s Made” display which
offers insight into the creative process, featuring tools, patterns, and
deconstructed fabric pieces. Let's celebrate stylish and responsible

Don’t miss Art on the Barns every day from 10:00am – 5:00pm, an annual
outdoor contemporary art exhibition that explores the connection between
art, place, and history. Thoughtfully placed on the historic barns, each
piece interacts with its surroundings, evolving with the changing
seasons. From budding trees in spring to the quiet stillness of winter,
the artwork offers a dynamic and ever-shifting perspective.
