Community Performance Project with Leah Stein
-SUNDAY, MAY 21st from 5-6 pm is the culminating performance of ‘THE COMMUNITY PERFORMANCE PROJECT’ with Leah Stein. The Leah Stein Dance Company was founded in 2001 in Philadelphia. As of 2020 she has been travelling between the city and Windsor, Vermont where she has been spending the majority of her time. This unique project is the brainchild of an inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone’s voice is important. Leah Stein draws on her seasoned experience of creating site-specific performance projects to bring together people, artists, dancers, musicians, writers and the environment in a shared creative process. This project has been an inter-generational, creative, educational project, engaging participants of all ranges of experience from the local area.
