February 2, Sunday 11AM to noon:  Five Rhythms Movement Practice, facilitated by Gail Edgerly. Come spend time with yourself, in community, exploring, expressing, surrendering, revealing and becoming the truth of your body in motion. There will be music, suggestions, invitations and space to support your journey into the tapestry of who you are. This is a facilitated class based on the practice of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® Wave.
