June First Friday is just around the corner and we invite you to make your way to WRJ for the fun and festivities on June 6th. June is a special month around here and this year marks Revolution’s 23rd anniversary here at 26 North Main Street. To celebrate, we’ll be offering 23% OFF storewide 5-7pm.

The Center for Cartoon Studies opens to the public for the 2025 Thesis Exhibition of this year’s graduating class. The CCS thesis gallery is located at 94 South Main Street and exhibit hours are Monday-Friday, noon-4pm and 5-8pm on First Friday.

Drop by the CraftStudies studios at 87 Maple Street, 5-7pm, to discover more about their impressive programming and catch volunteers throwing bowls in preparation for their ‘BowlFest’ annual fundraiser.

Three Rivers Indivisible, UVRiseUP! and 50501 VT are organizing WRJ’s longest Honk & Wave from the White River V.A. Medical Center to downtown to commemorate D-Day by Defending Our Democracy… Again. 4-6pm. Folks interested in participating, please sign up at the Indivisible website.

At the Main Street Museum, David will be playing Pro-Democracy songs on the piano and there will be snacks and a bonfire.

Scavenger is hosting a wine tasting with Artisanal Cellars, 5:30-7pm with a special offer for 10% off when you purchase a case of wine. And, be sure to congratulate Stacy on her recent grant award from the Vermont Italian Cultural Association to attend Alchimia jewelry school in Florence this fall!

JAM’s Pride Prom is returning for the fourth year in a row on June 6th. The 2025 theme is “Cruising” so button yer best breeches and be ready to sail Vermont’s high seas! Local live music, photo booth pictures, and Prom Royalty!

Two Rivers Printmaking Studio hosts an opening reception 5-7pm, for a current exhibition of the work of several TRPS artists inspired by a 2024 tripe to the Ballinglen Arts Foundation in Ireland.

On June 6th, Kishka Gallery & Library kicks off their fourth anniversary exhibition and Instagram auction with a gallery reception, 5-8pm.
