Repro Ride
The Purpose:
Want to support Vermont’s constitutional amendment protecting reproductive rights? Join us on Saturday, September 10th for a day of movement to benefit the Vermont for Reproductive Liberty campaign.
The Rides:
The Full Monty: a 20-mile mountain bike adventure over single track, and class IV and dirt roads; including a downhill portion at Saskadena 6.
The Grind: a 25-mile gravel ride over class IV and dirt roads, with plenty of elevation.
The Quickie: a 20-mile ride for gravel and mountain bikes over dirt and class IV roads, follows the outer-loop of The Grind, but cuts out the final 5 mile inner-loop.
This is a ride, not a race. We are coming together as a community in a collective demonstration of bodily autonomy, empowerment, and self-determination.
The Run:
Don’t ride? Run a beautiful 8 mi dirt/class IV road loop. Grab a partner for relay or run it solo!
The Stretch:
For folks who prefer a gentler activity, join a 1-hour Svaroopa Yoga class led by Ruth “Rama” Brooke. This quiet, user-friendly yoga releases core tensions from tail to top. Customized alignments and adjustments fine tune the poses to target specific areas of spinal tension. This supportive, “spine centric” practice improves your body, uplifts your mind and opens you to a deeper knowing of your own Self.
