Randy Roos, leader and guitarist of the group, is currently a member of the guitar faculty at Berklee College of Music. He is an Emmy-nominated composer known for numerous television scores and has collaborated with notable artists such as Mike Stern, Mick Goodrick, Bill Frisell, Steve Swallow, Bruce Bartlett, and Victor Bailey. Roos has released several albums of his own and is also a Grammy-winning recording engineer.

Steve Hunt, master of all keyboards, has worked alongside Roos for many years. He was the keyboardist for Allan Holdsworth’s group for over a decade, contributing to the albums SecretsWardenclyffe Tower, and Hard Hat Area. Hunt has toured with Stanley Clarke and Billy Cobham, and he also serves as a Berklee faculty member. His studio features a stunning 9-foot Steinway piano.

Tim Gilmore, drummer and percussionist, has performed with Richie Cole, Lester Bowie, Sheila Jordan, Tower of Power, and many others. He is also an active educator and clinician through Adventures with Jazz, the National YoungArts Foundation, and the Sabian Education Network.

Ervin Dhimo, bassist, is a co-founder of the band Elektrik Market. He is one of the most sought-after bass players in the New England area, frequently touring and participating in festivals and concerts. Dhimo also leads clinics and workshops at universities and colleges across the U.S. and abroad. He is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
