We have added a special event at the Tunbridge General Store to begin our 2026 Schedule.
When Art, the Written Word and Performance come together. Ara Fitzgerald (NYC) will be reading from her new book, Slow Dancing is Easy, 2025, along with Dian Parker (Chelsea, VT).
A romp through decades of performance, these delightful and innovative short scripts are filled with humor and pathos.
Ara’s book Illustrations will also be on Exhibition at this time. The reception and reading will take place on Saturday, January 10th.

Ara Fitzgerald is a dance-theater artist, writer, choreographer, improvisor, performer and educator, known for her solos with original text. Her work has been seen on and off Broadway, in dance spaces and museums.
