Come Celebrate Vermont’s Forests at the Vermont Woodlands Association’s 110th Anniversary and Forest Festival Saturday, June 28, 2025 | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Clover Hill Tree Farm, Strafford, VT The Vermont Woodlands Association is turning 110—and we’re throwing a Forest Festival to celebrate! As a statewide nonprofit dedicated to helping landowners and professionals care for Vermont’s privately owned forests, we believe good forest stewardship starts with knowledge, community, and fun. The event will include: Expert-led guided walks on wildlife, climate resilience, and woodland management Hands-on activities for kids and families, including scavenger hunts, forest art, and stream exploration A family-friendly woods walk Live music from the Seven Stars Community Fiddle Band, led by Emerson Gale A cookout lunch under the tent And plenty of inspiration for anyone who loves the woods! Whether you're a landowner, a forest enthusiast, or just looking for a great day outdoors with natural resource experts, this event is for you.
