Telephone: 802-295-6341Wilder Dances is an hour of somatic/ecstatic dance and embodied movement offered at NO COST to our community.
Here’s what that means: I make a playlist of music that is designed to build in a wave. After a brief check-in, we dance in the ways our bodies want to dance to that music. I have been a part of Dance events like this that have been transformative in my life!
The experience of YOUR body responding to the music is the only thing that matters.
I invite dancers to tune into their breath and the sensations of their body dancing.
I invite dancers to tune into the ways they want to express themselves to the music. There are no rules or choreography
When we dance together like this, it is more than a fun sweaty workout, although that may happen too! It’s a chance for emotional release and healing in a setting with no judgment or criticism.
Everyone’s there to dance, and to BE their body. I hope you will be too!
